Who should you use it?

When and how do I take it?

Been using this powder for 2 months now and my last body scan indicated I had put on the little bit of lean muscle I lost...I'd say yes besides eating good I would also say that it also has to do with taking this powder too. I've been using 2 other brands this year and this one has to be the best with digestive enzymes (my gut was always bloated after I drank the other brands). I love the flavour Banana Sundae and defs gonna try other flavours too! My gut is happy, my taste buds are happy and I just love this powder. It would be awesome if they had them in stores but just noting I'm not drinking any other type of powder out there now. UpProtein all day?????

I mix this with milk and a shot of coffee and have it as my post exercise breakfast. Tastes good and fills me up till lunch time. At 44 years of age i noticed have started to lose muscle tone under my biceps and felt like i needed to start fueling my body instead of just eating. Have read a lot about spreading protein across the day and am already feeling fitter after skipping the regular carby cereal and having protein in the morning instead.

this was my first time trying protein everrrrrrrrrr and im happy i made this choice. I did alot of research on different whey protein, and i wanted to get the right one. I bought the custard vanilla... to be honest. I think they have better flavors but i chose this one because it was easy to incorporate other food with it (i.e banana/strawberry chia smoothies) I dont have to shake vigorously for it to break down and its easy to down. I'll have to try the other flavours. But great product

I've tried a dozen different protein shakes which were either horrible tasting, thick and gluggy or never kept me full. This stuff is liquid gold it keeps you full for hours and is sooo smooth and creamy and delicious (could easily pass for a fancy chocolate drink at Starbucks or Gloria jeans)

Absolutely love this stuff. I went with Choc Brownie, which is delicious. Doesn't have that artificial/chemical taste you can get with this type of product. Honestly, it's that good that it stops me from skipping my workouts; if I don't train, I can't drink my protein powder! #sadreactsonly
Seriously though, great taste, great consistency - I add a little less water than is recommended, so it has a nice thick consistency. Forgot my protein shaker one day (rookie), so I had to mix it up in my water bottle...no lumps.
It's keeping me on track, and I've gained 3cm around my glutes in 10 days, and look visibly leaner. -

I am on to my 2nd bag of the chocolate brownie flavour and I can't believe this stuff is good for you - It tastes too good! It makes really good chocolate protein pancakes too. More importantly, I have put on visible lean muscle since I started using this without putting a whole lot more effort into my workouts.

i have tried the majority of protein powders available in Australia on the market today and either the taste is too sweet and artificial, the texture is too grainy or powdery or the ingredients just aren't value for money.

I purchased the choc brownie flavour. It mixed easily in chilled water, lump free and didn't froth up or thicken too much like other powders (which is my preference). It had a consistency and taste of a good chocolate milk but not too sweet and no chemical after taste. Perfect for me as I'm using a low carb plan for weight loss. None of the bloated sickly feeling I have usually experienced with powders so those enzymes really do their job.

Been using this for about a week. I love it. I've bought the vanilla flavour, banana and the chocolate. Haven't tried the chocolate flavour yet but the other two are quite delicious. I mix mine through smoothies, Greek yoghurt and oats. The powders mix well and because of the high protein content, I find I am staying fuller for longer. Super quick delivery on products too.
