Who should you use it?

When and how do I take it?

After having a break for a month from gym because the month of Ramadan, I was looknig for a halal WPI. I previously had some online research about UProtein products and everybody was raving about it online. I ordered Natural Whey Protein Hydro + Enzymes.
After a week of using this product, I was able to get back to where I left in terms of weights. Muscles strength recovery is fast. It helped me get back to where I left, and also improved strength.

The supplement is great value for money while on special. There are a lot of more detailed reviews around about all the positives and while I'm sure as supplements go they are all true and great I'll just quickly list the things I don't immediately like:
- Completely bland taste and texture. (could be a positive as stated below if you mix it with other items but I personally don't)
- The scoops & packaging, something about the way it sits in the bag and the scoops always seem to get air gaps so I have to force the powder into it for a level amount. I always manage to mess some up...
4 Stars because I still love the dollar value and the nutritional content plus arrived quickly with prompt delivery even for rural standards. -

I’ve been thinking about a protein supplement for at least a year to increase my protein intake due to only rarely eating meat, exercising daily, walking the dog and a physical job leaving my body feeling quite weak and weary. My son worships another brand of protein powder and after trying it said I’d never put that crap in my body - it’s bright pink, smells awful and tastes like it’s pure sugar. I thought all protein powders were the same ...... until I discovered there is a powder for women, with no sugar, no colours or flavours. Relucantantly I ordered and a couple of days later my parcel arrived. To my surprise and delight the powder is what I was hoping for and more - I have been mixing it with my oat milk and drinking it just like like and it’s amazing. No sweetened or chemical taste and you can’t tell it’s added to the milk..
I would have loved to get some information with the protein powder on when to take it - I’m not wanting to build muscle and not sure if there are better times throughout the day ( before/ after exercise, before/ after meals, as a snack, or with certain foods etc ) to take it so this would be really helpful for someone new to protein powder who wants to get the most benefits.

There is so much bang for your buck with this. Since I try to get around 15-20g of protein after a workout and another 20-30g more from other meals throughout the day, this makes it super easy to get that 20g in a shake after a workout.
$100 (AUD) for 4kilos? That's 200 servings. 50c per serving. Absolutely nuts.
The taste is as plain as you'd expect. It has a nice smell to it, but you can't really taste anything. But that's what I wanted really. I put fruit in my smoothies and any sugary flavouring would probably not work.
Great stuff, will definitely be buying again once I'm out. -

I'm glad that uprotein offers whey which is free from artificial sweeteners. It tastes neutral and that is more than what I ask for. It doesn't mix well and takes a bit of vigorous shaking to work. But if you need some additives to make it mix well, it defeats the purpose - I would rather have it this way
