Directions

We recommend mixing 1.9 grams ( approx 1 scoops) with cold water or juice until dissolved in a Uprotein shaker or glass.

Consume approximately 30 minutes after to exercise or daily. Serving size and frequency may be adjusted for individuals after consultation with an appropriately qualified fitness or health care professional. You can mix with other aminos acids or include with your protein shake.

Product is sold by net weight. Best Before date is located on base of container.
