Serving suggestion and when to take it 100% Whey Protein ?

We recommend mixing 40g (approx. 2 scoops) with 200mL - 300mL of cold water or milk in a Uprotein shaker. Consume 30 min before training and/or immediately post workout. The low carb and low fat characteristics also make it suitable between major meals or as a convenient on the go snack. Serving size and frequency may be increase for athletes after consultation with a fitness or health care professional.

Serving suggestion and when to take it?

BEFORE BED: Simply mix with 350-400ml of water or milk. Alternativley mix with yoghurt, or other beverages/desserts and consume 30 minutes before bed.

DAY TIME: Combine with Uprotein 100% Whey Hydro+ Enzymes in 50:50 ratio for the ultimate slow and fast protein feed.

FIRST TIME USERS: Please note, this is an unflavoured product, has a thicker consistency that whey protein. We recommend you start with a half serve to assess tolerance. Add more water to thin protein mixture.
