When and how do I take it?
We recommend mixing 3 grams ( approx 3 scoops) with cold water or juice until dissolved in a Uprotein shaker or glass.
Consume approximately 30 minutes prior to exercise or daily.
Serving size and frequency may be adjusted for individuals after consultation with an appropriately qualified fitness or health care professional.

Extremely soluble with no effort. The disgusting flavour of the unflavoured product goes away easily mixing with any juice or any flavoured water without the necessity to add excessive amounts of sugar or other sweeteners. Keeping up with the continuous intake of creatine has been a struggle for me before, but this product has made it easier for me and I am totally constant now. There is no need to mention the effectiveness of creatine, since it is well documented and evidenced, but it can be easily noticed and felt as you start consuming this product.
