Who should you use it?

When and how do I take it?
Simply mix or blend approx 2 scoops of powder with 250-300ml of water or skim milk and consume 30 min before training and/or immediately post workout. This protein is the BOMB! I got vanilla custard and chocolate brownie and this is by FAR the best vanilla I’ve ever tried, love that they aren’t too sweet just perfect! I like the chocolate brownie however it’s a milder chocolate flavor than I expected but still nice!
