Who should you use it?

When and how do I take it?
Simply mix or blend approx 2 scoops of powder with 250-300ml of water or skim milk and consume 30 min before training and/or immediately post workout. I've been taking the "4KG - 100% WHEY PROTEIN HYDRO + ENZYMES" for over 5 years now. Every now and then, I swap out for other protein powders from other providers to compare. Most other protein powders are either more expensive, taste weird, or both. This is definitely a winner! I do wish they make their packaging more environmentally friendly though.

Firstly, the ordering process is straightforward and delivery was prompt, allowing tracking via the Aust Post app which is handy.
Secondly, the product packaging is wonderful as it is a plastic bag style with a keep fresh zipper lock. No bulky cumbersome containers.
Finally the product .. absolutely delicious, easy to mix and packed with protein and BCAA’s.

I saw all the reviews and had to try out Uprotein myself. I'm currently losing weight with my diet and exercise and wanted to make sure I was getting enough protein for muscle growth. I'm not big into the body builder look; I want to be muscular, but lean. This protein shake seems to be working out for me so far. I've gone through my first 2kg of it (choc brownie flavour) and I just ordered a bunch more. The flavour is okay, but it gets a lot better if you use a double serving (80g) in a cup of water. Makes it a lot less watery. Obviously not everyone needs/wants to have a double serving, but I thought I'd mention it.
