Who should you use it?

When and how do I take it?
Simply mix or blend approx 2 scoops of powder with 250-300ml of water or skim milk and consume 30 min before training and/or immediately post workout. The low carb and low fat characteristics also make it suitable between major meals or as a convenient on the go snack. Serving size and frequency may be increase for athletes after consultation with a fitness or health care professional.

I googled “best protein powder” and came across with this one. I didn’t have to disappoint. I ordered choc brownie and vanilla custard. It mixes well, tastes good, doesn’t leave weird aftertaste, is high in protein and low in sugar. It was easy to order and shipping was quick. Price is good as well! Extra bonus - Australian owned.
I’ve used it bit over a month now and can see clear changes in my body. I will order again and recommend to others. -

I got the vanilla custard and the chocolate brownie and both taste a fair bit off compared to what there ment to taste like.
Not sure how much its helping my protein intake to build lean muscle yet as ive only used it 4 times -

I am 31 year old guy and I first started using Uprotein 6 months back and since then I am using it consecutively. This product is great value for money as Firstly, it's protein content is quite high, in fact highest in this price. It helps you build your muscles without gaining belly fat and if properly used and with good combination of exercises, it rather helps in reducing belly fat while gaining overall muscle quality and strength. Secondly, In my 10+ years of body building, I found very proteins of good taste very rarely and this is one of the most delicious protein, specially with chocolate brownie flavour, you will feel it as delicious shake rather than protein shakes and body ll feel it with good taste and it certainly has good psychological effect as well. If you are a fan of custard, go far vanilla as it gives you a very delicious custard if you mix it with yogurt and can add few fruits as well. It can serve as small ,meal too, depending what your schedule is.
Last but not the least, you get free delivery if you order more than 150 bucks, I always order two packs and get them free, what else do you want. The only flavor I didnt like much is Tropical flavor but again it depends on your taste buds, so choose accordingly. -

When I received and tried it I couldn’t belive that something so delicious can be also so healthy, low in calories and so high in proteins! Overall good value for money. Love the high protein ratio (32.6g in a 40g serving) and mixes easily.
If I had to be picky, my only two minor negatives are:
1) I thought the chocolate flavor could be a bit richer.
2) The scoop handle is a little flimsy and feels cheap.
Neither of these would stop me purchasing again. -

I've used many, many, many, many , many protein powders before. Some cheap and some "selling your kidneys" expensive.
I love this one, tastes good, have the right stuff inside and the price is perfect!!
It blends perfectly and you can leave it for a while without it looking like a mudslide.

Tastes great, goes down very well. I have some digestion issues with dairy that I thought this might conflict with but even having it with milk it actually seems to improve my gut issues too. Tastes great with coconut milk too!
After using it for roughly a month with some fairly light calisthenics/bodyweight exercise I've lost several % in body fat but gained around 4-5kg. Fairly impressed with the performance of this as I've not been doing huge workouts but the powder is working very well. -

Product arrived next-day as promised. I am lactose and gluten intolerant and this is the first product I have used that has not adversely effected me, so I am extremely satisfied. I bought two flavors, banana custard and chocolate. I've only tried the chocolate so far. It tastes really good. (Secretly, I have substituted it for milk with my morning cereal.) The bags arrive unlabeled, so I wasn't sure which flavor I was opening first. The protein powder dissolves instantly in water without any glugginess. I'm a Zumba instructor, I teach two classes daily and Uprotein is a great recovery drink after each class. Even after a short time using this product I have noticed muscle buildup. This is one extremely satisfied customer.

After using many brands of protein shakes for pre and post work out, uprotein has given me a different view in taking supplements. The formula digest straight away after consumption and doesn't leave bloating in my system. I ordered the tropical thunder and chocolate combo deal. Only suggestion would be to label the package with the flavour. I had no idea which flavour I was opening. -

I’ve rated the product 5 starts because he product itself has earned it. It dissolves fully and tastes feat with milk and/or water as a shake but also in protein oats etc.
For the sake of development/improvement, I may suggest clearer labelling of flavour especially when selling the whey protein as a bundle (I had to open the packages to figure out what flavour was which). I also might suggest adding a protein recipe or something similar (eg. a protein pancake recipe) to help future customers find a variety of uses in the product because of its quality even when heated. -

Brilliant product. My second purchase of 4kg pack. I am vegetarian so my protein intake was very low but this product has very simply fixed that. I do quite a lot of physical work and whereas before my body wasn't coping and I was tired and sore, I now have way more energy, my muscles have built to an appropriate level for the work I do and my pain levels have dropped. Love the banana and tropical flavours and am a committed UProtein user now.

It's been real trouble since I started taking these proteins.
I am so big now that I had to take down my door frame so I could fit into rooms. Also I had to change the bed for one that fits this muscle beast.
The flavour is the closest to ambrosy I have ever taste. So I dont enjoy eating anymore if it isn't my shake.
Finally women fight over me and I hate how violent they become because of me.
So don't buy this protein if you don't want problems like those. -

I’ve tried a few protein powders now and this is by far the best on every criteria you could think of / is important to deliver outstanding value;
- Great service - I was notified consistently during the delivery process and it was delivered in just a few working days.
- Great packaging - easy to open and close, store and has a very good measuring cup included,
- Great taste - I ordered both the Chocolate and Vanilla flavours and cannot split them for the best taste - 10/10 for both. They are awesome just with water but equally great mixed with fruit, or milk, granola, etc.
- Flavour Mix option - is was great to be able to choose two flavours,

The first protein powder that hasn't given me a bloated stomach; an absolute seller for me. The taste is great, it's easy to mix and drink and very cheap compared to the higher ranking CPI protein companies that use too many fillers and a high price point.
