Who should you use it?

When and how do I take it?
Simply mix or blend approx 2 scoops of powder with 250-300ml of water or skim milk and consume 30 min before training and/or immediately post workout. The low carb and low fat characteristics also make it suitable between major meals or as a convenient on the go snack. Serving size and frequency may be increase for athletes after consultation with a fitness or health care professional.

I had formerly been buying cheaper protein ($20kg), however after a while this began to cause issues with my stomach so i looked for a better quality protein. This protein mixes quite well (however i usually use a bar mixer for ease/speed) but mixes readily with a spring in a shaker.
The chocolate is not a strong chocolate however is still nice, the vanilla tastes similar to vanilla cake mix and the banana is A grade goodness.
The hydro-enzymes (i think) also help if adding the product to milk, as it eases digestion, tastes awesome and adds a lot of protein to the shake. Large difference between stomach happiness between using this with milk as opposed to aforementioned $20kg protein

Product is quite good and satisfactory in terms of Protein percentage and ratio of other essentials, but would have been even better in terms of mix ability and slightly better in case the ratio of Saturated facts would have been a bit low. Rest all great need to work on mix ability.

I have been using Uprotein whey protein for the past 3 months. Prior to this I have used every other whey out there (I like to switch up my protein for variation as I feel that protein is protein so it’s fun to mix it up). Uprotein has to be the best protein I have found over 10 plus years of training. Mixes well, is good quality whey (as most whey proteins are) but also has amazing flavours and at a cheap price. What more could you want?

I have only just started using your Protein Powder. The powder mixes well and is very well priced. Delivery was quick, the only negative point i can give you is that i find the powder lacks flavour. I ordered the tropical thunder and i mix it with my oats in the morning and can hardly taste the flavour which makes my oats pretty bland.

This protein is awesome already got others jumping on board,not only does it taste delicious it is a leader in the protein market for part of the price. Digests great, smooth and easy to drink and with the price being so cheap can afford to take 2-3 times a day for the heavy lifters. After always being “cardio-fit” I decided to have a crack at the gym lifestyle. However, I needed a bit of motivation...flavour motivation. Smashed the post-workout cravings! Loved it! However, after a couple of months of frothing on this flavour, I devastatingly became bored of this flavour. It needed a bit more Of a bang, a tang, something exciting.
Then came the sad time when I saw the bottom of the packet. Nevertheless, I saw a light in this dark time. It was now time I could test a new flavoUr! So I jUmped online to examine your flavoUr range, to which I discovered the 4kg BARGAIN that I could not refuse. To make this more exciting, I had the chance to select not 1, but 2 flavoUrs! This had me drooling with creativity! This opportunity could supply that bang/tang that was needed! Licking my lips I ordered both the Choc-brownie AND Banana smoothie flavoUrs! In no time they arrived at my door, timely, after I returned from the gym! I smashed the box open, ripped the packets open and whipped together the anticipated Choc-Banana protein concoction....I was not disappointed! I was in awe of the radical flavoUr of which we had created, U and me! I will never turn back to a single lonely flavour, I’m a changed man. What to take from this:

I hate the taste of Whey Protein Isolate, but this has the best taste and even after taste of any protein that I've tasted on the market.
The vanilla custard has a real nice "Deserty" smell to it, it went down smoothly where others like bulk nutrients gave me a tummy ache.
Normally isolates gives a foul after taste, but you'll find that this doesn't have one at all!

I have tried many different brands of protein. I can say Uprotein is one of top within those and easy to digest.
However, the choco brownie doesn't satisfied me. I suggest that Uprotein can produce more flavours to choose. For me, Myprotein has the best taste, but my stomach doesn't feel good with it.
Compare this product with Uprotein Whey Isolate, this is a bit harder to dissolve in water or milk. They both are good though. -

I am using this as a meal replacement for running and it seems to be fine and does what it says it does but the taste is not great.
