Who should you use it?

When and how do I take it?
Simply mix or blend approx 2 scoops of powder with 250-300ml of water or skim milk and consume 30 min before training and/or immediately post workout. I struggle to find a good high protein and low carb shake so I love the high protein low carb content for pre and post workout recovery. (I bought the choc and vanilla and they’re both nice with cold water).
It’s easy on the stomach (I’m lactose intolerant). Quick shipping but took longer to get here (Qld) than I expected.
Suggest broaden the marketing to women as well. -

I've been using this for over a year and can't find a single fault. Flavours are tasty without being too sweet or leaving a chemical aftertaste, and they work in water, milk or any other liquid. The powder dissolves perfectly so that there's no hint of grain.

This is my 2nd purchase of the 4kg package bundle offered by Uprotein. 3 flavours tasted so far and I cant pick my favourite as they are all delicious with milk or water.
I feel great after drinking as well, it doesn't leave me feeling bloated or uneasy in the stomach.

I've been using Uproteins' Whey Protein Hydro + Enzyme for the past couple of months. Initially, I was consuming other brands of protein powders for a relatively expensive price, only to be filled with tons of sugars and binders (you'll know when your protein forms clumps even after mixing for a period of time). But I stumbled upon Uprotein and decided to do some research on their products. I must say that since my first purchase, I have not been disappointed by their product. Not only does it give you 32g of quality protein with each serving, they are low on carbs which helps to show the lean muscles that you're building.
I'm a huge fan of chocolate, so naturally I went for the choc brownie. Uproteins' formula mixes really easily with water or milk. Just give it a couple of shakes, with or without the metal ball mixer, and you're good to go.
Was running low on the protein supply, and have recently made a purchase of 8kg of their products to be shared with my housemate.
For anyone who is new to body building or even a seasoned gym goer, I would highly recommend this product. Do a price and nutritional value comparison with other brands, and you'll notice that Uprotein will rank higher than most brands out there. Pound for pound, you'll know that you're paying for quality protein that will ensure your growth and recovery after each session at the gym. -

After recently moving to Adelaide I began to do a lot of scouting through many mainstream stores and online companies.
Uprotien have seriously topped the bunch, with value for money, great taste and most importantly for me the nutrition you receive from the formula.

I have used Uprotein Whey Protein Isolate for the last 3 months for F45 training, after a long run and a hard spin session, it definitely makes a difference during recovery phase.
The product mixes well, the taste is good and I don't have any stomach problems unlike I have had with a couple of the other brands.
I've just purchased another 4 kg for $99 which is a great deal, the ordering process was easy and delivery was quick!
