Who should you use it?

When and how do I take it?
Simply mix or blend approx 2 scoops of powder with 250-300ml of water or skim milk and consume 30 min before training and/or immediately post workout. Initial smell was a little chemically, however the taste was the best I've ever had. I bought both chocolate brownie and natural flavour. I tasted both flavours with milk, water and juice. Chocolate brownie with milk tasted like perfect chocolate milk and no aftertaste...still great with water. When trying the natural flavour with milk...it just tasted like milk and with water was very drinkable. The natural flavour worked great in juice as it didn't mask or create an unusual after taste for the juice. The dissolubility of the protein was fabulous....never had a better tasting, user friendly and impeccably priced protein powder. -

Tastes great and no clumps after mixing. Have tried the choc brownie and vanilla custard. If mixing with oats in a shake I recommend the vanilla over the choc brownie, but if mixing with just milk or water the choc brownie is better tasting.

Loving this protein powder. The order went in at 2pm, I got an email by 3pm to tell me it'd be delivered in 2 days. 2 days later, there it was. Perfect.
Opened the product and I could smell and tell immediately that it was going to match the marketing. No overly sweet smell, just good old powder and enzymes, which to some might smell a bit "chemically" but to the trained nose it smells authentic.
The taste is somewhat neutral with a small hint of sweetness which means it can be added to anything and not over-power it or be so bland that you can't mix it with a simple glass of water (which is my preferred way).
All up, great product, awesome service and a price you just can't beat. And it's Australian. Well done. -

I just found my new favourite protein.
This is arguably the best value protein on the market right now. 32.6g of protein in a 40g serve (81%), much more purity than any of my previous products. I have tried the vanilla and the choc brownie. Both of which are delicious. It mixes in perfectly. No lumps, so it goes down smooth, and leaves an empty shaker thats easy to clean.

What can I say about uprotien whey protein hydro and enzymes it's the best tatsting protein powder I've had I love how smooth it is my favourite flavours are banana sundae and vanilla custard and unlike other protein powders you dont get clumps at the bottom of your shaker. I love that it really good value for money and that you can buy in bulk which is good for somone like my self.

I have to confess, I'm not an authority. Long-time cardio fiend, just getting into strength and tend to be awful at eating 1) anything post exercise and 2) even close to enough protein in general. Did a little troll through forums before I settled on uprotein - was terrified to try it after reading about the taste/grittiness of protein powders in general. But have been having vanilla flavour with 1/2 almond milk 1/2 water and it's going down a treat. Loving it so far.
