Who should you use it?

When and how do I take it?
Simply mix or blend approx 2 scoops of powder with 250-300ml of water or skim milk and consume 30 min before training and/or immediately post workout. Serving size and frequency may be increase for athletes after consultation with a fitness or health care professional.
