Who should you use it?

When and how do I take it?
Simply mix or blend approx 2 scoops of powder with 250-300ml of water or skim milk and consume 30 min before training and/or immediately post workout. The low carb and low fat characteristics also make it suitable between major meals or as a convenient on the go snack. Serving size and frequency may be increase for athletes after consultation with a fitness or health care professional.

I have been one to try find the best protein powders, cost, taste, amount of protein and the reaction it has on my gut have always been massive influences when choosing a product. By far this has been the one to meet all criteria... I bought the vanilla custard and chocolate brownie flavours, they taste delicious, a solid amount of protein in a serving, a bargain and it doesn’t affect my guts.. no bloating or cramping. I bought the banana sundae and vanilla custard flavours. Both are delicious. Just like actual desserts. They mix easily in a hand shaker with minimal to no clumping which I love. The price is unbeatable at $1.00 per serve. Delivery was quick too. I will stick with this one from now on unless I find cheaper at equal quality which is probably not bloody likely. I like that it wasn't made overseas.

This powder is great, I've been using it for some time now and wouldn't really consider any others. It's very low in carbs/sugar and packs a ton of protein. Great bang for buck and the taste is not bad either. Banana split & tropical are definitely my favourites by far and are great mixed with milk or cold water.

This is the best protein powder I've tried. Nice texture, mixes well into water and actually tastes good just in water which is pretty amazing. I have only tried vanilla custard flavour so far but I'm looking forward to working my way through all the flavours. Taste:
Now onto taste, it is my first time trying uprotein. Bought 2kg Choc Brownie (peanut butter choc was out of stock) and 2kg Vanilla Custard. I've tried many protein powder brands over the years, this Vanilla Custard is right up there( I'd say among my top three ever). Choc Brownie is alright, taste wise, if not better, definitely at par with the more popular and expensive brands.
Mixing:
I normally make my shakes in a blender, but these flavours mixed well in a shaker with water and with milk. Which is great if you drink your protein on the go.
Cooking/Baking:
Made Vanilla Custard protein pancakes the other day, it turned out better than I imagined. Soft and chewy, just the way I like em. Also baked oatmeal cookies using Choc Brownie flavour, they turned out pretty good as well. -
